Founded in 1994, as a company specializing in the production, supplying, installation and maintenance of elevators and escalators, Thien Nam Elevator has been a remarkable development in recent years.
As well as the overall situation of enterprises, our company encountered many difficulties on fluctuations in interest rates, exchange rates and credit. However, the recent crisis has helped us expand the market opportunities, access to new segments. Specifically, investors have the option to consider than the elevator, the decision more closely, focusing on cost, quality products and services.

In 2009, we introduced the product line of machine room less with many superior features, functionality, performance and aesthetics.
A series of large projects that Thien Nam has been implemented will be operated in this year as the Department of Education and Training HCMC, Vincom Center (car elevator) and many apartment such as: Phu My Thuan, Ben Ba Dinh, 9T1 of Vinaconex Xuan Mai, E. Home, Thu Thiem Star 1.
Following that success, we are investing more to expand a new factory in the Duc hoa – Long an Industrial Park, area of 27.000m2, expected to increase the market supply for 1200-1500 elevators/year.
Our objective in the coming years is to continue to keep growth from 20 – 30%, the segment focused on apartments, office buildings, factories. Especially, Thien Nam is also committed to participate in programs to build social housing with the standard product for Elevator apartment with preferential price, stable operation, in accordance with the conditions in Vietnam.
